廣州生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)小鎮(zhèn)·云谷夢(mèng)筑
園地惟山林最勝，
有高有凹，有曲有深，
有峻而懸，有平而坦，
自成天然之趣，不煩人事之工。
入奧疏源，就低鑿水，
搜土開其穴麓，培山接以房廊。

云谷夢(mèng)筑項(xiàng)目坐落在流溪河旁的從化良口世界生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)小鎮(zhèn)，這里的溫泉資源豐富，素有“嶺南第一泉”的美名。
Yungu Mengzhu Project is located at Liangkou World Ecological Design Town of Conghua, next to Liuxi River. It is rich in hot spring resources and is known as "the best spring in Lingnan". The site is adjacent to an old glucose factory.

場(chǎng)地毗鄰當(dāng)?shù)氐呐f葡萄糖廠，過往遺留的大樹、從山上流淌而下的溪水給予場(chǎng)地悠然靜謐的底色，形成了“一溪兩灣映青山”的獨(dú)特格局。
The remained big trees left in the past and the stream flowing down from the mountain gave the site a leisurely and quiet background, forming a unique picture of “One stream, two bays, and green mountain”.
這個(gè)項(xiàng)目是我們首次落地實(shí)踐園林、建筑、室內(nèi)的一體化設(shè)計(jì)，我們汲取《園冶》的精髓，以“自然微建筑”為設(shè)計(jì)理念，希望在小鎮(zhèn)門戶這一關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)結(jié)合本土性與國際性，打造獨(dú)具昭示感的景觀界面。
We draw on the essence of “Yuan Ye” and took “natural micro-architecture” as the design concept. We hope to combine locality and internationality at the key node of the town portal, to carry out the integrated design of gardens, buildings, and interiors to create a unique landscape interface.
為此，我們結(jié)合場(chǎng)地本身的自然條件，在建筑設(shè)計(jì)上，采取了簡(jiǎn)約流暢的線條，以大片的玻璃取代了阻隔視線的墻面，打造漂浮的盒子，以此致敬密斯的范斯沃斯別墅與萊特的流水別墅經(jīng)典設(shè)計(jì)。
Therefore, we combined the natural conditions of the site, adopted simple and smooth lines in the architectural design, replaced the wall blocking the sight with a large piece of glass, a floating box was created. The combination is to pay tribute to the classic design of Mies' Farnsworth House and Wright's Fallingwater.
建筑既為景觀，而景觀也兼具觀賞性與功能性，從而成為一個(gè)完整的公共環(huán)境。
The building is not only architecture but also an ornamental and functional landscape, thus becoming a complete public environment.
基于項(xiàng)目本身擁有的豐富資源，茂密的植物、天然的水脈和具有高差的地勢(shì)，設(shè)計(jì)師更希望采取“輕介入”的造景方式，充分利用當(dāng)?shù)卦馁Y源，使設(shè)計(jì)與自然同體共生，展示小鎮(zhèn)本身的優(yōu)美風(fēng)貌。
Based on the rich resources of the project itself, dense plants, natural water veins, and terrain with height differences, the method of "light intervention" was adopted, making full use of local resources to integrate the design and nature, showing the natural beauty of the town.
由于地勢(shì)存在的較大高差，設(shè)計(jì)師因地制宜，“入奧疏源，就低鑿水”，將其引入場(chǎng)地之中。結(jié)合小鎮(zhèn)主要綠道，構(gòu)建一副山水長軸。
Due to the large height difference of the terrain, designers adapted to local conditions by "cutting the water at a low level to save resources and costs". Combined with the main greenway of the town, a long axis of a landscape is constructed.
場(chǎng)地解構(gòu)
場(chǎng)地中，建筑從自然中生長出來，錯(cuò)落山石、林帶水杉、靜謐遠(yuǎn)山與澄凈天空相得益彰。
On the site, the building grows out of nature, with scattered rocks, forested Metasequoia, quiet mountains, and clear sky complementing each other.
我們希望在有限的空間尺度下，能夠充分利用現(xiàn)有資源，從視覺和精神層面最大化敘說場(chǎng)地特質(zhì)。
We hope to make full use of the existing resources under the limited spatial scale to maximize the narrative of the site characteristics from the visual and spiritual levels.
引水入園后，我們進(jìn)行了一次設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐——我們將自然的山水與功能的體塊整體融合，提出“黑白盒子”的設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)想，意圖從傳統(tǒng)的園林維度進(jìn)行一次突破，從建筑入手，打造一個(gè)維度空間。
After the water was introduced into the garden, we conducted a practice - the natural landscape and functional blocks were integrated as a whole. We proposed an idea of making a "black and white box", intending to make a breakthrough from the traditional garden dimension, starting from architecture, creating a dimensional space.

門戶建筑結(jié)構(gòu)圖&平面圖&立面圖
門戶在這里是旅游動(dòng)線的通行點(diǎn)，也是旅客的休憩點(diǎn)，整體長近40米，利用3米的高差，懸浮在山溪之上。
The portal is the passage point and resting point for tourists. The overall length is about 40 meters , and it is suspended above the mountain stream by using a 3-meter height difference.
場(chǎng)地的高差給予動(dòng)線“行山涉水”的觀游體驗(yàn)，打造了人與自然、人與空間交互的物質(zhì)環(huán)境，豐富空間層次的情趣性。
The height difference of the site makes residents feel as if climbing mountains and wading through rivers, creates an interaction environment for human and nature, human and space, enriching the hierarchy of the space.
在設(shè)計(jì)師的構(gòu)想中，入口不再僅僅是“門”，而是自成風(fēng)景的建筑，是觀景的畫框，是功能與景觀共贏最大化的體現(xiàn)。
In the designer's conception, the entrance is no longer just a "door", but an architecture that can become a scenery, a picture frame for viewing, and a manifestation of maximizing the win-win situation between function and landscape.
山水驛站的設(shè)計(jì)靈感來源于展覽櫥窗，是展示區(qū)最主要的展示景觀，行人在其中可以全覽景區(qū)山水，玻璃后行人的身影也成為獨(dú)一無二的景致。
The design inspiration of the Shanshui Station comes from the exhibition window, which is the exhibition area for landscape display. Pedestrians can have a panoramic view of the scenic landscape in it, and the pedestrians behind the glass also become a unique scenery.
室外觀之，人們可直觀感受空間的藝術(shù)氛圍，如櫥窗透出的風(fēng)景；室內(nèi)望之，又納外部景觀與天空于視覺界面，如畫框中多彩的繪畫。
Residents can intuitively enjoy the artistic atmosphere of the space from the exterior, such as the scenery from the window; the external landscape and
the sky are incorporated into the visual interface from the interior, such as colorful painting in the frame.
黑色的建筑體塊作為云谷門戶，采取了結(jié)構(gòu)柱中置的一體化設(shè)計(jì)，懸浮于白色盒子之上，形成場(chǎng)所具有昭示性的主入口。
The black building block, as the gateway to the site, adopts the integrated design of the structure column in the middle, suspended above the white box, forming the main entrance of the place.
利用建筑的巧妙呈現(xiàn)，我們從框景之中能夠望見遠(yuǎn)峰層疊和暮色旖旎，山光和霽月都能通通收入眼中，得天獨(dú)厚的自然環(huán)境與建筑形成了內(nèi)外滲透的關(guān)系。
Using the ingenious presentation of the building, we can see the cascading peaks and twilight from the framed scene, and the mountain light and the moon can be seen all together. The unique natural environment and the architecture have formed a relationship between inside and outside penetration.
從化生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)小鎮(zhèn)是世界生態(tài)大會(huì)的永久會(huì)址所在，而會(huì)址中心也展示了各種各樣的工業(yè)藝術(shù)品。設(shè)計(jì)師選擇將展出作品延續(xù)，在櫥窗中進(jìn)行展示與互動(dòng)，使白色盒子兼具展示性與功能性。
Conghua Ecological Design Town is the permanent site of the World Ecological Conference, and the center of the site also displays a variety of industrial artworks. The design continues displaying and interacting with the exhibited works in the window, making the white box both display and function.
櫥窗布置圖
室內(nèi)的空間整體以大幅素凈的色調(diào)營造藝術(shù)空間氛圍，通過面的延伸，消除了空間內(nèi)部平面、立面、結(jié)構(gòu)間的區(qū)隔，陣列的排布也創(chuàng)造出一種秩序感。
The interior space as a whole creates an artistic space atmosphere with large and pure tones. Through the extension of the surface, the division between the interior plane, facade and structure of the space is eliminated, and the arrangement of the array also creates a sense of order.
透過櫥窗，設(shè)計(jì)師營造了一種通透而模糊的空間邊界——依據(jù)四時(shí)與晝夜不斷變換的風(fēng)景和行人，如同限定主題下隨機(jī)的情景劇，互為風(fēng)景。人們的目光透過櫥窗的陳設(shè)，往往會(huì)降落在想象如何構(gòu)建更豐富的生活上。
Through the window, the designer has created a transparent and blurred space boundary - the scenery and pedestrians are constantly changing according to the four seasons and day and night, just like a random melodrama under a limited theme, which is a scenery of each other. People's eyes often fall on the imagination of how to build a richer life through the furnishings of the showcase.
我們?cè)趶幕鷳B(tài)設(shè)計(jì)小鎮(zhèn)完成了一次渾然天成的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)，我們也對(duì)云谷的明天充滿了好奇。
We completed a natural design experiment in Conghua Ecological Design Town. At the same time, we are also full of curiosity about the future of Yungu.
建成后，這里承載了無限可能——它會(huì)成為承載人們奔忙的心靈的一方凈土，將寧靜融匯于此嗎？又或許在多年后，它會(huì)被綠野植物掩埋，重歸寂靜呢？
After completion, it will carry infinite possibilities. Will it become a pure land that carries the busy hearts of people, and integrate the tranquility? Or maybe after many years, it will be buried by green plants and return to silence.
當(dāng)夜色降臨，燈光點(diǎn)亮藝術(shù)，云谷被遠(yuǎn)山擁抱于懷中，一切都如此融洽而美好。
We wish the site could constantly tell its stories. Life and development will continue to be staged here.
我們期待場(chǎng)地不斷地述說它的故事，而生活與發(fā)展也會(huì)在這里不斷上演，生生不息。
When the night falls, the lights illuminate the art, and Yungu is embraced by the mountains from a far distance, everything is harmonious and beautiful.
設(shè)計(jì)說：
我們的項(xiàng)目是組團(tuán)的門戶區(qū)域，長期以來我們對(duì)于這一節(jié)點(diǎn)的打造追求視覺遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過其功能性，而景觀與建筑中間似乎總是在進(jìn)行著“專業(yè)侵犯”，其結(jié)果則是互為桎梏，效果也大打折扣。這一次，我們希望打破這種怪圈，將三個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)作為一個(gè)專業(yè)去發(fā)展，使門戶不僅具有觀賞性，更兼具其功能性——這對(duì)我們也是一次特別的挑戰(zhàn)。
項(xiàng)目距離廣州市區(qū)駕車只需一個(gè)多小時(shí)，但卻有著得天獨(dú)厚的自然環(huán)境。我們生長于山水之間，在城市發(fā)展的過程中見多了高樓大廈，當(dāng)我們接觸到這里的山水時(shí)，再次回到自然之中，會(huì)讓人不由自主地產(chǎn)生一種親近和熟悉之意。
在后場(chǎng)，我們延續(xù)了“自然微建筑”的設(shè)計(jì)理念，借助場(chǎng)地本身的水系和高差，打造了一系列自然舒適的濱水空間。設(shè)計(jì)理念中擁有三個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞，但事實(shí)上我們希望用這三個(gè)詞講述的只是一個(gè)故事——云谷·夢(mèng)筑是所有條件下交織產(chǎn)生的一個(gè)功能性場(chǎng)所，它是形象，也是我們能夠窺見山水的一扇櫥窗，它是在一個(gè)完整的自然環(huán)境中形成的共同體。
